Taste of Emotion

Take Note:
Every true emotion has a true flavor,
as it has a designated place in the body and
mouth

Disappointment is so thick with dish soap, a
hardening dirty ball in the upper gut which
was once soft expectation, rolling on the
whole back of the tongue. Not a chance to
bring disappointment forward to release the
want that will never be. Disappointment fades
only in loo of Distraction.

Fear is a mouth full of a 9volt battery. Sweet-
sour metallic unknown. So sudden this trigger
of flight occurs that it can grip the mind while
heart tries to fly, to hide, even to...stop. Fear
can root itself, piercing the sides of the
tongue, paralyzing screams, often enjoying
the quiver.

Anger is made of the most fowl bile within the
body. Not so much of a flavor, more of an
energy, that when spewed forth the first word
infects the entire system. Beware the wrath of
Anger for it is blind to consequence. Anger is
sour and acidic, blistering the throat and
tongue, causing only more convoluted
confusion to infect the minds of others.
