Tapestry

T o touch a twilight's glow , to collect some twinkling stars

A waking from the deep slumber of motherly comfort, I started

P ainting a blank canvas to create a cascading tapestry with

E mulsions of joy, sorrow, love, pain, smile and sigh,

S ome rain, some sunshine, few rivers and a rainbow

T aking their turns to decorate that changing scenery

R eflecting the ripples of my journey between twilight and stars where

Y esterdays and tomorrows mingle with one another.

Love the last two lines, KP. Nice ethereal write as a metaphor for life (don't know if that may have been the intent).
