Tanya Put Your Apron On

I miss the celery and the salt
the dandelions and herbs we bought
Don't you think you really ought
to season up the soup?

The pot is simmering so right
the smell of cooking fills the night
come on in and take a bite
and season up the soup.

You're the one who adds the touch
the flavor that we love so much
our friends are showing up for lunch
so season up the soup!
