Taking the Pain
I take the pain
Like a person
I swallow the sin
Like a good man
All around you and I
Resides the nasty Satan
That’s why you and I
Can’t see eye to eye
Now take the pain
Like a person
Like a woman
Or like a man
That’s your choice
That’s your luck
To swim in the dust
That’s your lust
Now, this is your turn
To rot, to burn
To walk away or to talk.
