Taking On the Fire

Some Earth Angels are here as Lightworkers. They transmute Darkness into Light. They're the ones taking on the fire and burning themselves for others. And often, people don't even realise how lucky they are to have known them.

I hope this song reminds you how blessed you are. 

Taking on the fire

Taking on the fire
Has been a lifelong quest
I burn and burn and burn
Over and over again

For each person that I help
Is released from their pain
Freed from the Darkness 
Like they are born again

And I, like a phoenix
Keep burning every day
Keep taking on the fire
To free those who come my way

And I, like a phoenix
Keep rising from the ashes
Nothing keeps me in the Darkness 
I rise and rise towards greatness

Life is in the moments
Life is in the details
What we spend our time on
Our energy and attention

Love is in the choices
Light is in our veins
We can do anything
But ultimately it's not a game

And I, like a phoenix
Keep burning every day
Keep taking on the fire
To free those who come my way

And I, like a phoenix
Keep rising from the ashes
Nothing keeps me in the Darkness 
I rise and rise towards greatness

Everyone I touch with Light 
Gets freed from the Darkness 
Making the energy brighter
And bringing Heaven to Earth 

Each person can go forth anew
To love and live and learn
Free to forge ahead
And enjoy a different path

And I, like a phoenix
