Taking Chances

Why do I reach for the sky
When I dont have wings to fly.

Sometimes I dont want to feel
When nothing seems real.

I stand on my own
My heart turned to stone.

I have to learn to take chances
Not run from lifes grand dances.

There must be something better for me
I set myself free.
