Taking a Walk With Daddy

Taking a walk with Daddy
Beneath the summer sun.
Heading toward the corner park
Where we will have some fun.

We’ll swing and slide and seek and hide,
We’ll laugh and play and run.
Taking a walk with Daddy
Beneath the summer sun.

Taking a walk with Daddy
As stars come out to play.
Heading toward our home and beds
After a fun-filled day.

It’s dinner, bath, and sleep at last
With dreamland on the way.
Taking a walk with Daddy
As stars come out to play.
