Take time each day to meditate.
Think who you are and why.
Is your attitude the one you want
Does it make you laugh or cry?
Are you a joy to those around you?
Do they greet you with a smile?
Do you want to leave them right away,
Or stay with them for awhile?
Whether they are work or social,
All these people that you see,
If when you smile, it's upside down,
You're not where you ought to be
