Take Time

What is life, what is my cause If not to rest and take my pause. To turn my eyes from weary days To escape this race of blinded haze. ERE long the day we toil and strain At setting sun what have we gain. Take time to smell the flowers scent See the petals: red, yellow, and purple tints. Oh gracious life that takes the pause To stop, stare, and ponder its cause. Great the hand that spun this sight Stop. Take time...Take thy delight!

Truth in your fine words Terry, we all need to practice that pause in life.
