Take the Leap

As I leaped from the rocky surface,
I found myself suspended in a measureless moment,
While the water rest calmly at the distant base,
A serenity overwhelms all fear to lay broken,
Within that fraction of time, the Universe stood still,
Clarity devoured me like Life was finally to commence,
I plummet almost endlessly in an infinite thrill,
Such elation knowing that even this made sense.

Take the leap, figuratively.
Not literally.
