Take My Pain Away
Cannot sleep here late at night
My body feels so tense and tight
My body aches from all the work
Cannot escape these pains that lurk
Put a pain pill in my head
I did it while I was in bed
Would not take my pains away
Maybe they are here to stay
Make sure that you like your work
So it is worth the pains that lurk
Or you might have some trouble sleeping
Maybe even wind up weeping
