Take Me To Your World

Paint me a picture of what you see today; you must see the sun rising in a different way because you never worry and you never show fear and I wonder sometimes if you are even human. But I look into your eyes and I know that your just five but I see wisdom behind the tides swimming in little pools of blue. How is it that your so happy all the time? You take life for granted when all I can do is think of my future. Isn't there any of that little girl left... has she run away and left me with the biggest burden I'll ever know adulthood? I can't help thinking of tomorrow while you cling to the enjoyments of today... you don't care how far you go just as long as your teddy bear travels with you and I envy that about you. I envy that you treasure such little things. That every speck and dot in the sky seems so amazing. Sometimes I wish I had your eyes, or your sense of humor. The naive but curious way you do things without thinking; I wish I had your freedom. You watch but never judge... your innocence is beating slowly in your heart. The biggest dreams never seem so far away to you, to me there is mountains and ions I have to go before I make it. Take me to your world so just for a second I could see what you see. I guess this world sort of disappears by the time you hit your teens but if I could i'd press the magic code that I used to remember and travel to this world just to see what it was like. Just to feel real again. Take me to your world.
