Take Me To Nirvana

Dwelling in dysfunctional places
 Where happines is a bridge too far
 Stress is etched on many faces
 Suffering from emotional scars

 Drugs take many on a euphoric trip
 But when they crash, their emotions slip
 Leaving them yearning for another high
 That feel good feeling that money can buy

 How do we achieve happiness
 Without mind altering substances
 Can we get that feeling of bliss
 Or are we doomed to suffering's abyss

 Nirvana is what so many seek
 To escape a world so bleak
 Take me to Nirvana!
 Let me reach that blissful peak!
