Take me away to the island that’s down by the sea

Take me away to the island
That’s down by the sea
Where you and I can
release our anxieties
Because it would be
the perfect
weekend get away
Where we can lie peacefully
in a hammock
that’s hanging from the trees
But it would also be
the perfect place to stay
Where we can act like
children all over again
Because there wouldn’t
be another soul around
that would be close by
Because we would have
our own perfect hideaway
Where we could be
as free
as we wanted to be
Because we would be
far away from everybody
Where we could literally
enjoy
some peace and tranquility
in our perfect little getaway
where we could always cool
off by jumping into the sea
Where we could swim
and we could play
with the sea turtles and the
dolphins as they casually
start swimming close by
Wouldn’t it be nice
if we could just get away
Because I cannot think
of a better place to be
Then being with you
On the island
That’s down by the sea
