Take Five

Tunes in meter five are sung jazz, not jive. Dave, in fifty-nine made this rhythm shine; with drums, bass, and sax laid this winning wax he, on piano na nana, nana. Funky Latin beat  having such conceit. writ by Desmond, Paul; played by one and all. Lyrics by Lola; ola payola! It’s alright, take five, I’m alive take five. Now a classic tune flies you to the moon; tune in meter five truly did survive.
