Ah, yes, the buds are already forming. Same goes for the azaleas, Sara. Spring's gifts to nature always fill us with "hope of renewal." Love your haiku! Love, Carolyn

smile -- and where one thus finds flowers amid their bloom my dear, i do believe that they shall also behold, the warming suns rays caressing their sweetened cheeks and kissing their precious hearts within, the brightened hopes and joys of but another, springtimes moments within the lovely dreams of, something beautiful -- very wonderful painting amid the fragrant hues, my dear -- love, christopher ~

Neat-o, going into the non-tradional ones, Sara! when I looked up flower names for my flower poem I saw how many flowers represent expressions such as love or hope. So that must be Dogwood's meaning? Luv, Andrea
