In my case such nights don't occur too often; I don't get any sleep when they do...though they have their good points...that's how this poem was born! Regards // paul

Wow. Cool thought (and moment) you captured. For me, this is what I like to see in haiku: simple language ... and observations, that makes you see something in a new way. A revelation in familiarity.

Funny, but I wrote a poem and named it LEAVES about 2 weeks ago. I love your Haiku, one style I have never tried, will do one day.
