Swim Lessons

When you are washed away by the tides of life,
Swallowed whole by the anonymity of the sea,
Forgotten about,
-as meaningless as codfish-,
-Battered and bloodied by the ruthless ocean
Remember;
I will be waiting
when you wash ashore.

S.O.S. in a poem. It works magically, as I see myself adrift, and finally washing ashore. More helpers for the abandoned are needed. Good poem.
