Sweet Nothings
Sweet nothings,
in my ear,
your sweet voice,
I want to hear,
in your arms,
I cry out,
put to rest,
all my doubt,
pull me close,
don't let go,
for you have,
my heart in tow,
in that heart,
I keep with me,
all the love,
our memories,
in the darkness,
be my light,
even when,
you're gone from sight,
when you leave,
and I'm left broken,
I'll always hear,
the words you've spoken,
sweet nothings,
you let me hear,
those memories,
I hold dear,
to this day,
I can't forget,
years of sweet nothings,
or how we first met...
