Sweet Mude

Sweet Muse

Dream of dreams, your moonlit eyes
The way you smile; oh, that grin
Wonderful, waiting surprise
Waits behind those eyes, within

The depths of your sad soul
Longing for the touch of fire
A lover to make you whole
A woman to stir those desires

Hmmm, sweetness melts on my lips
The taste of muscadine wine
The way my hands grip your hips
Oh, my muse and, my Goddess Devine

Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed. (Is your title "Muse" or "Mude"...Please check.)
