Sweet Amla
So bitter but oh so sweet
Enlivened tastebuds and tightened jaws
Better health I long to greet
Biding obedience to natural laws
Naturally cleansing and nurturing
Assimilation and digestion on high
Invaluable health I'm furthering
Toxicity and disease I bid a sweet good-bye
