Suspension

"Tell me the truth!" the principal asked me.
"I don't have any lies....." I replied.
He took a jar, filled it with water, poured clay soil,
and shook it. The jar was seated on his desk.
He looked at me with inquisitive eyes through the glasses,
as the water in the jar became clearer at the top.
He gave me a suspension letter and asked "What is heavier,
the truth or lie?"
My lips trembled, as the water became clearer......
Soon, he took the jar, and carefully poured the clear water
into another jar.
"Show me your pockets!" he shouted.
