Surrender Blue

So frail and slender and pale and tender How can one not surrender into the blue of the sky that is you and not fall in love sweet pretender So delicate and true tucked beneath the endless blue with kisses intended for you sealed with love from higher above angels fly swiftly after to pursue I held you there in loving care only wanting a life for us to share yet time is fleeting and ever retreating from us in this worldly fair.
