Surrender

So
Life isn’t all you thought it would be
And all that you’ve done up to now
Has become a mystery
To unfold
Like a napkin sitting on a dinner table
You have the desire to do so much
But you don’t feel able

So
Your tears didn’t send anyone to the rescue
And you are sick of feeling sad and blue
Your back is up against the wall
And you don’t know what to do

So
You feel all alone
In this journey that you must take
And you are quite unsure
About the decisions that you must make

Yet
There is an Answer
To every dilemma that you face
And you don’t have to go anywhere
To reach that certain place
That you’ve searched for
As far back as you can remember

The Answer
Has been there all the time
All you need to do is
Surrender
