Sunshine

When I think of her
I think of, "You are my sunshine"
It was her most favorite song
And this is part of her story line.

It was upon our first meeting
That I noticed she was much older than I
So I would try to put her off from a visit
So I would often tell her a lie.

She loved to sing the song
And admire the warmth of the sun
And she would often want to take part
With all of us to have fun.

But shortly she found her way
In fact all the way into my heart
And soon we were Buddy Buddy
We thought nothing could tear us apart.

Well unfortunately we did separate
But that was another day
I will give her my love tomorrow
"Because now she's my Sunshine today".
