Sunset Morning

Sunset morning
____________________________

I awake to the sunrise,
the orange and yellow glow
birds singing to the world
up high and down below.

Crickets making melodic melodies,
the breeze swooshing by
the whole world in echo
I breathe in a sigh.

How beautiful the moments,
we all sometimes miss
so I reach out to my love
on his lips, I plant a kiss.

What a bright refreshing feeling,
as you take me in your arms
and enjoy the splendor of the morning
and all its earthly charms.
