Len Gasun Poet Acrostic

Sunflower

Smile-spot scintillates on the path of every passer-by,
Unfurling petals are showers from a day’s blissful sunrise;
Nymph-like wonder beyond the pleasure of our eyes,
Flailing triumphant joy for every human to hope -  fly!
Luxuriant embellishment, usually carpeting a field,
Ornament along the aisle, mobile booth-parade’s grand frill,
Witness of grandiose affairs, when love of two hearts sealed;
Everlasting love of God shines brightly through 
Relentless blooming of this celestial beauty-thrill.
