Sunflower
S uch a golden jubilee, across the vast floral sea s,
U ndulates in waves of butterfly breezes, imprompt u-
N ourished all summer by the honeyed, lookalike su n,
F ervently worshipful groupies, to all others aloo f!
L ithe, elegant and lovely, its seeds very healthfu l,
O ne-of-a-kind, smiley faced bloom, in a meadow cond o.
W ith colors red, orange and white, as well as yello w,
E nchanting any passersby, of a singing field ablaz e,
R osy dusk skies lend added glory, to colorful grandeu r!
