Sunburst
Your Like a sunburst
From which I Went blind
With your words
I lost what was mine
Everything wasted
Faded by time
So Vicious and unkind
A joker
With a painted devil face
Choked away my life
With leather and lace
Can’t bare
What I see
As I stare
In the mirror at me
Half the man
I am
Can not understand
Nor comprehend
The spiral
That you sent me spinning in
Pointing of fingers
Taste so bitter
I’m fading away
Thinner
I’m becoming
Empty
World looking At me
What was
Has become nothing
But a memory
Of dreams
And schemes
Now just hope
Which is fleeing
A sting
To my heart
Is all that is left
Of my being
Shaking and shivering
Cold inside
Lost
On an endless road
I ride
To an unknown destination
If I survive
Home
If I die
Up into the sunburst
In the Sky.
