Summer's Song

When lost in sorrow, too much to bear-
To see an ember of hope re-sparked -
I look at you, into your eyes I stare -
Still on your finger, my love is marked -
Although not worthy of your endless love -
You give me light, pinnacled from high above -

You live each day within physical strife -
Running fast you fly off the ground -
I'll hold on tight, for you are my life -
And tell you oft' that true love is found -
You are safe in a promise made long ago -
Forever loved and cherished, it's my hope to show -

Forget the lost people who turned away -
I am your family, my heart shall never stray -
So love this time as it will never end -
Into eternity my love I will gladly send -
Summer my dear, it is my loving duty -
To cherish above all, your radiant beauty -

Forever on your finger my love is marked -
A fire of hope inside, has been sparked-

						Happy Birthday my Angel
