Summers Secret Place

Summer’s Secret Place I lie beneath the summer trees A gentle calming shade Taking in the shades of green Sipping lemonade A gust of wind blows off my hat To show my graying hair I drift away beneath the leaves Lost without a care As the twilight brings forth stars I wake and wander home To hold my family close and say I'm glad I’m not alone By: Jeremy Siedlecki
