You are tooo kind Paula Apologies I haven’t commented lately. Being attacked personally in open post in low class, sleazy, and I don’t thinkAdmin supports that. Panagiota Panagiota

I love the experiencing of that sort of , —sleepy summer night hour, accentuated by the heat…with a welcome breeze…then droopyness brightened by the sound of a summer’s night rain—before it is seen— that brightens us, nearly like a sunrise, like a rebirth of spirit energy involving the scent of that New Wine we sense after. Splendid pen expressing volumes xox

Hello Sally! My you write so splendidly in this reply, it is so moving, like the scent of new wine….beautiful. Unfortunately, where I live now, summer rain is a rarity. But I have experienced that scent in Chicago for 35 years. Awesome. ..lforgive me for not being around as much. Feel free to soup me anytime about any poem you post. I just have been very tired lately..and age is catching up with me. I don’t like that but I am blessed to have been on earth more decades than I ever dreamed! Love, Panagiota .xxx

The scent of petrichor before the rains gets here, is divine ,and the cleansing after it's done, relaxing.

Eve! Thank you, thank you.i never heard the word “petrichor” in all my years. Amazing. I looked it up and the word is of Greek origin. I am sending the link to your soup mail if I can do it…scientifically, it is fascinating..it actually has a divine meaning. You called it right. Love, Panagiota xxx
