Summer Brings Beaming Smile

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was in wildlife that my soul was born,
Enjoying serenity under the night stars.
My heart was never designed to lorn,
Along paths not yet trodden, no scars.
To struggle through brittle stones,
Subtle shades surround lush trees.
Whose dulcet azure dusk hones,
Sets blaze to all that is in the breeze.
And when it's dark outside at night,
Sate a bite of the night sky in sight.
To recall my soul, just close your eyes,
Set my heart close to yours, and rise.
I searched for stones and oaks,
On the edges of my stumbling feet.
To tell the truth, I once searched for jokes,
Walking between your heartbeats.
So plump and round on a summer night,
The aroma of fields fried in sunshine fills the air.
Inhale and hold your hand to your spright,
When you search for me, I'll be there.
