Such Dreams

Such dreams come and go
that
life in comparison seems
dull
waking hours
only intervals between them
in that land
that far off place
I again see you smile
your distant face
but self delusion
brings his friend
illusion to outnumber
reality
and
replace
it.

your poem tastes like that of an African poet, Rubadiri, with singled lines. all the same, beautiful.
