Success and Perseverance

Success and Perseverance Written: by Miracle Man November 5, 2020 I’m a proud conservative living the American Dream, I evolved to today from dragging a cotton sack. Thoughts of socialism make me kick and scream, and from each disappointment I’ll spring back. Only when I take risks am I able to succeed, Knowing failure will ensue if I cease trying. To waive the white flag would mean to concede, and had given up hope for goals I was vying. But God put no surrender in this tough old bird, With prayer I’ve attempted to start each day. Sometimes I’ve gulped when setbacks occurred, but kept leaning on God to light my way.
