Sublime

My eyes are stinging, burning,

            tears scalding down my face,

my heart is in a vise of guilt

                                             as I wallow in disgrace.

I dread the Karma I've created

                      in this lousy, crazed lifetime.

                                 How I've damaged my children,

                                                  the punishment, sublime.

I have felt this before, and it sucks big-time. But, I agree with Debrah, I beleive we choose our own parents, situation pre-birth, according to what we must learn in this lifetime, so either way, everything will work out, don't beat yourself up, parenting is so hard. love, Kristin

Shoot we all damage our children, it's life 101. BUT we are smarter than our parents in that hopefully we can teach them where to get help. I always try to rest in the fact that I did the best I could at that time, even if looking back it doesnt seem so.

I cannot believe that you have damaged your children, though as a father I understand thinking that way. Br strong! This write is to the point and clear to all, not just parents. Blessings to you my friend. Michael
