For me being in the centre allows me time to digest the events carried away from outside. It is being in the moment with your self. Thank you for stimula that insight.

It is so relaxing to go with the flow. It' like a fallen leaf floating on a stream. sometimes in the rapids, it can get caught on a crag. Some might say, "that's too bad.." I like to think, "it needed to get stuck at that point in its journey."

A friend was reading an Osho meditation to me. On the back end of the moment, one lives in the past. One the front end, one tries to control. In the middle one simply is. Thank you for your comment.
