Stupid Poems Like This

rarely see brilliant expressions
or poems from the heart
here sad
some master pieces are not 
even mentioned
see a lot just born for
contesting and comparing
words for the sake of words
meter rhyme forms artificially
where would they keep all this prices
are they paper gold or just a mention 
an ego trip possession accumulation
jeez forgive us please we dont know any better
and they praise each other and pat and hug
even send pre typed messages to the babies
for poems like this
totally stupid
at least be honest

Jan Allison December 26, 2015 at 6:29 AM I see cut and past comments and pat on the back comments but I do try and be honest when I comment on a poem - comments especially at the moment are like hen's teeth! I try and encourage people by leaving a comment - would rather have one 'pat on the back' comment on a poem than 100 reads and no one leave a comment:-) hugs Jan xx
