Stuntman

Instead of asking
Me to move my bike, you hid
It in the locked shed
When you saw me looking for
It, you didn’t say a word

It’s been 10 years now
But you still pull the same stunts
With books, my laptop,
Turning off my internet –
What kind of parent does this?

Cute write. The last line makes the poem, of course. Glad that it won! xoxo Robert.

Yes, I remember this one. It was quite unique and showed something about your childhood. I think we can learn a few things about how NOT to be from certain things our parents did. And now MY kids have probably learned a LOT on how not to be.haha. Congrats on the winners' circle, Susan. I'm very happy to have met you on this website!
