Stuck In Bitter Dreams
Around me my dreams closed like violet fog/
I felt your presence nearby, and your name I called/
I tried to search for you through the thick clouds/
but baby, you were nowhere to be found/
you were suppose to be near, suppose to be here/
when I needed you the most/
I tried to scream your name/
but my throat just closed/
I searched for you everywhere/
but baby, you were nowhere around/
I fell on my knees on this bitter cold mound/
unable to see through this purple haze/
I felt your heart beat, and went into a daze/
my tears fell to the ground/
like a raindrop slipped from the sky/
I didn’t know where you went/
I couldn’t help but to cry/
I never thought I would be alone/
I never thought our bond would untie/
I walked and looked around/
but you were nowhere to be found/
so close but so far/
where are you baby, I can’t see in the dark//
