Stuck

These days my mind confuses me
I imagine everyone has it differently
But to be stuck inside my own head
Is like playing with a mouse that is dead
You can contort it in any possible way
You can give it all of your energy
And it will always dangle, but play along
Though clearly it is far and gone

Wouldn't it be neat to live in another head for awhile. All kinds of possibilities to play with and imagine in this one Laura.

...interesting...I like the mouse comparison, it brings out the theme and allows for reflective reading.
