Trying,
crying,
never lying,
are all part of the task.
Seek out counsel,
look for clues,
don't be afraid
to ask.
It's hard at times,
to admit defeat,
or at least accept
you’re wrong,
But in the end,
when things are right,
the pain
doesn't last too long.
Refinement hurts,
the road is tough,
excellence always
up hill.
Big rewards,
the winner's ring,
are for those who
have strength and will.
