Strength

The barren feed the barren and empty hearts a like in manner seek to satisfy a sadness, struck deep within the marrow of the meek. They blame the cheerful, and cast them far beyond the realm of consciousness, while coddling the joyless with sorrows that would spoil true happiness. Strength will master self-contempt, reduce to ash the all-consuming flame of ruinous self-interest, and sow the seeds of gladness once again.
