Stream of Music

STREAM OF MUSIC Tuning up and sounding a bit cacophonous Like an orchestra as I enter the hall - Until I identify each instrument, and all Begins to seem just right - euphonious. The splat of tiny timpani as pebbles click their banjo, A rattling chuckle of tambourine stones, The plink plonks of xylophone tones - Are bass to the tinkling high notes on piano. Behind our water flutes’ plops and bubbles, Harp arpeggio’s rhythm and crescendo flow; The drums’ roars over the hiss of zither chords slow And the splashing cymbals wash away my troubles.

what a lot of great onomatopoeia, Sydney. Do you come across this music in your school's band?
