Lanterne

A lanterne is a type of poem that has one syllable in the first line, two syllables in the second line, three syllables in the third line, four syllables in the fourth line, and one syllable in the fifth line that relates to the first word of the poem.                

                  

Warm fresh picked strawberries exemplify June.

Hello Emile, have you ever went into a farmer's field to pick strawberries? i have several times and I have enjoyed it. A lovely poem. Have a nice day my friend.

I have enjoyed doing it and jam was made from them. Homemade jam is very tasty. have a nice day my friend.

Love the thought of fresh picked strawberries! My husband just visited relatives in Germany and ate scrumptious strawberries right from their garden. Congrats, dear Emile!
