Strange Like Friends

To be a stranger to another's soul but deep inside you somehow know All their trouble all their pain All their fears, dance in rain. Looks in eyes the meaning in them What it means, that side ways grin. Or the way you bite you lip, i do the same When I'm stressed not feeling my game. That little nod that voice so deep The sound that makes me peaceful sleep. Stranger than fiction some might say I agree, it's more intimate that way.

Sometimes we form a close connection with another individual very quickly, Kristen. Did you read "The Celestine Prophecies"? It explains a lot about how such connections may have been intended to happen. What you describe here has happend to me as well. Insightful poem! Best wishes, Carolyn
