Stranded

You left me for reasons unknown
I was left behind...
I asked, yet I was never shown
So what's the point in making this rhyme?

I always got lost in your eyes
I hated our goodbyes
I hated our lies
I hated our cries
And now, my spirit dies...

You promised to never leave
But look what you did...
My heart is full of selfish grieve
And may God forbid

I dreamed of having children with you,
We both wanted to engage
I used to call you "boo"
And now my heart is enraged

They say "forget the past"
But how can I?
But according to you, this is our last
Goodbye...
