Story of Time

It is land of seas but was born in fire
The fire
Is what creation of our planet would inspire
Only when it cooled it put on more familiar attire

Than it was world of sea
With strange creatures in that sea
For next one hundred and forty million years only sea
Would control Earth’s destiny

Than creatures began to come onto land
Some adapted to live in trees others sand
Many different creatures would be found
In this strange but fertile land

Amphibians then reptiles in blink of evolutionary eye
And reptiles dominated earth, sea and sky
Pterodactyls would learn how to fly
But at the end of Mesozoic they and dinosaurs would die

New life would form
Mammals would evolve like a storm
New plants would take form
And seeing birds would now be norm

Then finally man appeared
And from certain point of view he is also weird
Through his time man both cried and cheered
And so far has not disappeared

He has mastered many things in his time
But what would be sublime
Is if he mastered the very time
And more importantly every line of time

When we see sea or huge field of grass we know it’s vast
When I look at the sun as it shadow down on the sea of grass it will cast
I realize time is vast
But divine must be face behind sun and time that forever will last

Thanks for sharing Patrycjusz. Reminds me of a book, confirming a 25,000 year cycle influencing societies? Yea but theology says most emphatically were not into 10,000. What Gives?

Thank you very much for your comment. 25000 years do you mean the period of time it takes all equinoxes to turn around the elliptic? I don't know where you get the 10000 though. My story starts millions or even billions years ago. That is how I was thought. The divine may exist despite of evolution if you ask me. 10000 years is close to time civilization arrived. That is why biblical time starts at about that time at least that is what I think. I don't mean to support nor deny anything but I can see your point two don't coincide however there is always option C and truth might be more interesting than anyone expects.
