-Stop For a Moment

We get so caught up in the fast pace of life
With all that we do and achieve
That we need a little reminder
To slow down and truly breathe

Slow down and take time to remember
What you value most  in life on this earth
Our connection and love with others
Its significance and worth

Take time to spend with the people you love
Voice and show how much you care
Do it now and don’t assume they “just know”
As one day they may not be there

At the end of the day in our life
Our thoughts will not be what we accrued
They will be of the ones we have loved on this earth
And the ones who have unconditionally loved us too!

Love is what truly matters!
