Stop Dragging Your Heart Around
In so keeping your heart pure the Holy Spirit can enter
Able to see such more when the Holy Spirit is at center
Able to understand His Word like He said as like a child
In now becoming deterred from allowing it to be defiled
Stop dragging the other things that have kept Him away
As the curse that each brings inside each and every day
Stop distancing yourself from the One who will save you
It being your spiritual health to which you haven't a clue
Be it a distancing of sin the thing that will destroy a soul
As that silly little grin just says you don't know your role
Your not lost inside His Word, you are lost outside of it
One who hasn't heard or maybe did but decided to quit
Set your own heart free by placing it in His Own Hand
Allowing yourself to see, now just easier to understand
The Joys are limitless as each new blessing is revealed
Oh how the Lord does Bless as in Him you are sealed
